The Lazarus Union, as an international non-governmental organization committed to fostering peace, understanding, and cooperation, proudly joins the global community in observing the International Day for Countering Hate Speech on 18^th June. This day serves as a crucial reminder of the pervasive threat posed by hate speech to societal harmony and individual dignity.

Hate speech undermines the very fabric of our communities, sowing division, inciting violence, and eroding trust. It stands in stark opposition to the principles of equality, respect, and human rights that the Lazarus Union upholds. In our efforts to combat this menace, we align with the broader objectives of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 17 – Partnership for the Goals.
